Account Executive Dutch Market

Are you passionate about sales, marketing and AI? And do you know how to drive new business with SME clients across the Netherlands? Then you might be the person we’re looking for!

The role

As our Account Executive (AE), you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle: from prospecting to closing. Your primary focus is driving new business within the SME sector in the Netherlands.


You’ll work closely with our Business Development Representatives (BDRs), who deliver a steady stream of warm leads. Currently about 60% of our deals originate from their outreach. At the same time, you’re expected to self-source and build your own pipeline, identifying opportunities and turning them into revenue.


Your strength lies in understanding prospects quickly, tailoring your pitch to their marketing goals, and delivering product demos that convert. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, high-output environment, using HubSpot and a modern sales stack to manage your pipeline efficiently. Most deals close within 30 days, and you’re expected to close at least 3 deals per month.


This is a highly autonomous, performance-driven role where success is measured in closed revenue. You’ll have the freedom to work independently, the support of a collaborative sales team, and a clear path to grow in one of Europe’s fastest-scaling AI startups.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, marketing, or tech, with at least 1 year of closing experience and a strong track record in cold outreach.
  • Knowledge of or experience with the SME market in the Netherlands.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Driven go-getter with a killer instinct. You thrive on winning, love a challenge, and are not afraid to take risks or make mistakes.

  • €4,000 base salary + €3,000 incentive at target (team is consistently overperforming). The commission is uncapped.
