Account Executive German Market

Are you passionate about sales, marketing, and AI? Do you know how to build new business with SME clients in Germany? Then you might be the person we are looking for.
The role
As our first Account Executive for the German market, you will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will be based at our Amsterdam office and play a crucial role in building our presence in Germany from the ground up.
Since we do not yet have dedicated BDR support for Germany, you are expected to self-source leads, build your own pipeline, and close deals independently. BDR support will be added later as we scale the team.
You will quickly understand the needs of prospects, tailor your pitch to their marketing goals, and deliver product demos that drive results. Most deals close within 30 days, and you are expected to close at least three deals per month.
We already have active customers in Germany, so there is a strong market fit to build on.
What we are looking for
- Minimum of two years of B2B sales experience in the German market, preferably in SaaS, marketing, or tech, with at least one year of closing experience.
- You have a proven track record in cold outreach and deal closing.
- You speak German at a native level and English fluently.
- You are driven, competitive, and love winning. You are energized by taking risks and learning quickly.
- You are independent, highly proactive, and results-oriented.

- A base salary of €4,000 and €3,000 in commission at target. Commission is uncapped and our sales team consistently outperforms.
