The role
As an Account Executive for the German market at WP SEO AI, you’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Your focus will be driving new business within Germany, helping clients improve their online visibility and performance with our AI-powered SEO platform.
You’ll work closely with our team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), who deliver a strong and steady flow of warm leads — currently about 88 percent of all deals come from their outreach. At the same time, you’ll build your own pipeline, identifying opportunities and turning them into real results.
Your strength lies in understanding prospects quickly, translating their marketing goals into solutions, and delivering product demos that convert. You’ll work in a high-energy, international environment where deals typically close within 30 days. The target is to close at least three deals per month, though our top performers consistently exceed that.
Germany is one of our fastest-growing markets. You’ll join a talented group of native speakers based in our Amsterdam HQ and help us strengthen our presence across the DACH region.
What you'll do
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
- Convert warm leads delivered by our BDRs and build your own pipeline
- Conduct discovery calls and tailored product demos that address client goals
- Negotiate contracts, manage expectations, and close deals efficiently
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure seamless client handovers
- Track performance and optimize your sales funnel in HubSpot and our modern sales stack
What we're looking for
- At least two years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, marketing, or tech
- Proven experience in closing and cold outreach
- Native-level German and fluent English (our company language)
- Driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for winning and learning
- Self-motivated, independent, and eager to grow fast in a scale-up environment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and the SME landscape in Germany

- A base salary of €4,000 per month excluding holiday allowance, plus an uncapped commission plan with bonuses averaging between €4,000 and €7,000 per month, with top performers consistently earning over €10,000 monthly in incentives
