Do you know the thrill of turning a cold call into a real business opportunity? At WP SEO AI, we’re looking for an experienced BDR who loves the chase, understands the numbers, and knows that consistent activity drives success.
The role
As Business Development Representative, you’ll take full ownership of building our outbound pipeline. You’ll reach out to potential clients who can benefit from our leading AI-driven SEO platform and play a key role in our international growth. Our solution is perfect for cold calling, relevant for every business that wants to grow online, which means every conversation has potential.
You’ll be part of a driven sales team where performance and energy go hand in hand. Our current targets are 40 meetings per month, and records go well beyond 100, proof of what’s possible with focus and consistency. You’ll speak with business owners and decision-makers from all kinds of industries, which keeps every day dynamic and rewarding.
What you'll do
- Spend most of your day on the phone, turning first contact into real opportunities.
- Reach out to new prospects through calls, email and LinkedIn, with a strong focus on outbound conversations.
- Convert high-quality leads provided by our RevOps team so you can focus on what you do best: engaging and booking meetings.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover and maximise conversions.
- Analyse your performance, share insights and keep improving every week.
What we are looking for
- Fluent in Dutch, plus a good command of English (the company’s working language).
- Experience in outbound sales and customer contact.
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Interest in Tech and Marketing.
- Positive, proactive mindset with persistence in sales.
- Driven, eager to learn, and always looking for ways to improve.
