The role

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll take full ownership of building our outbound pipeline for the German market. Germany is the next big growth story at WP SEO AI. Over the past months, we’ve been expanding our German team with native speakers based in our Amsterdam office, and this is just the beginning. You’ll be joining at the perfect moment to help shape our presence in one of Europe’s most exciting markets. In the near future, we expect to have even more German colleagues than Dutch ones, creating a strong international hub right in the heart of Amsterdam.

You’ll reach out to potential clients who can benefit from our leading AI-driven SEO platform and play a key role in driving this international expansion. Our solution is perfect for cold calling, relevant for every business that wants to grow online, which means every conversation has potential.

You’ll be part of a driven sales team where performance and energy go hand in hand. Our current targets are 40 meetings per month, and records go well beyond 100, proving what’s possible with focus and consistency. You’ll speak with business owners and decision-makers from all kinds of industries, keeping every day dynamic and rewarding.

What you'll do

  • Spend most of your day on the phone, turning first contact into real opportunities
  • Reach out to new prospects through calls, email and LinkedIn, with a strong focus on outbound conversations
  • Convert high-quality leads provided by our RevOps team so you can focus on what you do best, engaging and booking meetings
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover and maximise conversions
  • Analyse your performance, share insights and keep improving every week

What we are looking for

  • Native German speaker with a good command of English, our company language
  • Experience in outbound sales and customer contact
  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Interest in Tech and Marketing
  • Positive, proactive mindset with persistence in sales
  • Driven, eager to learn and always looking for ways to improve
