The role
As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for the success of our clients on the platform. You play a key role in building strong relationships, guiding customers through their onboarding, and helping them reach their objectives. You’ll work with businesses across various industries and focus on customer satisfaction, growth, and contract renewals. You collaborate closely with teams such as sales and product to ensure a seamless customer journey.
What you’ll be doing
- Guide new customers through onboarding and ensure a smooth transition onto our software
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular, proactive communication
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales to drive growth
- Monitor customer satisfaction and actively manage retention and contract renewals
- Collect customer feedback and contribute to product improvements based on their needs and experiences
What we are looking for
- Experience in customer success, sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset]
- Empathetic, solution-driven, and motivated to help customers succeed
- Strategic thinker with the ability to operate independently
- Experience with SEO or web development is a plus
- Fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
