The role
As Customer Success Manager, you will support our first German customers. You’ll help them onboard, build strong relationships, and ensure they get the most out of our platform. You’ll work from our Amsterdam HQ, collaborating closely with our German-speaking Account Executives.
What you’ll be doing
- Onboard new German clients and support them during their first months
- Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication
- Collaborate with local Account Executives to identify upsell and growth opportunities
- Monitor satisfaction and ensure contract renewals
- Gather feedback and contribute to product development
What we are looking for
- Experience in customer success, sales or account management
- Fluency in German and English (Dutch is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Empathetic, proactive and solutions-oriented
- Experience with SEO or web development is a plus
