The role
As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you’ll start in a structured training program designed to develop you into a full-fledged Customer Success Manager. You’ll support new customers as they take their first steps on our AI-powered SEO platform, help them get started, and make sure they see real results in visibility and growth.
You’ll work with a wide variety of small and medium-sized businesses, helping them shape their SEO and GEO strategy and create content that performs. From day one, you’ll receive close guidance, personal coaching and all the tools you need to grow quickly — both professionally and personally.
What you’ll do
- Support customers during onboarding and make sure they have a smooth start
- Guide customers in getting the most value from our platform and tools
- Build trust and long-term relationships through proactive communication
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities together with your team
- Share feedback to improve our processes and product experience
What we're looking for
- Some experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, hospitality or retail
- Strong communication skills and a service-minded, proactive attitude
- Curious and eager to learn more about tech, SEO and AI
- Experience with WordPress or marketing is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and comfortable communicating in English
What we offer you
- A gross monthly salary of €3,000 excluding holiday allowance, plus a performance-based bonus of around €500 per month on average
