The role

As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you’ll get the opportunity to grow into a full-fledged Customer Success Manager. You’ll support new customers as they take their first steps on our platform and ensure they get off to a great start. You’ll learn everything about onboarding, customer relationships, and how to help clients succeed. We provide the right support and a clear growth path toward a full CSM role.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the onboarding of new customers
  • Answer customer questions and assist them in using the platform for the first time
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication
  • Identify feedback and opportunities for improvement
  • Work with a wide range of unique companies and help them grow

What we are looking for

  • Some experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, hospitality, retail or similar
  • Strong communication skills and a service-minded approach
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to dive into the world of Customer Success
  • Experience with marketing, SEO, or WordPress is a plus
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English
