The role
As a Sales Trainee, you’ll have the unique opportunity to develop yourself in the world of business development. You’ll be responsible for identifying new customers who can benefit from our innovative AI-powered SEO solutions. We will provide you with the guidance and tools you need to succeed and make a valuable contribution to the success of our sales team.
This is an entry-level position designed to give your career a flying start toward becoming a Business Development Representative (BDR). From day one, you will learn the ins and outs of the trade and develop the skills necessary to succeed in tech sales.
And here’s the exciting part: if you achieve the same results as our BDRs for two consecutive months, you will be directly promoted! Your salary will increase to €3,500 per month, plus performance-based incentives.
What you’ll be doing
- Proactively reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Researching prospects and market trends to uncover new opportunities.
- Scheduling introductory calls and product demos.
- Collaborating with the sales team to pass on leads and help build the sales pipeline.
What we are looking for
- You speak Dutch fluently and have a good command of English.
- No prior sales experience is required, just the motivation to learn.
- Bachelor’s level of education (HBO or equivalent).
- An interest in technology, marketing, and AI is a plus.
- You have a positive, proactive attitude and enjoy challenges.
- You are driven, eager to learn, and always looking for ways to grow.
