Are you fully up to date with SEO and excited to work with the latest AI-driven methods that help brands become visible across both Google and the new generation of LLMs? At WP SEO AI, you’ll play a key role at the intersection of Customer Success and SEO strategy.
Our Customer Success Managers manage hundreds of clients who rely on us to strengthen their online visibility in both search engines and generative platforms.
You’ll act as the strategic expert who combines hands-on technical SEO work with data analysis and strategic guidance, helping both our team and clients turn complex challenges into scalable growth. You’ll bring together technical problem-solving, structured data insights, and a deep understanding of how search and AI evolve.
Your impact will reach beyond troubleshooting as you help shape the frameworks, priorities, and best practices that allow WP SEO AI to deliver consistent, measurable success at scale.
What you’ll do
- Be the go-to expert for all strategic SEO and GEO questions within the Customer Success team.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to manage and grow their client portfolios by improving visibility across Google and LLMs.
- Identify opportunities in rankings, authority, and generative visibility using structured and semantic data.
- Solve advanced SEO challenges around sitemaps, structured data, robots.txt, canonicals, and other SEO-related issues when needed.
- Build scalable frameworks, dashboards, and playbooks that help the team deliver SEO impact efficiently.
- Stay ahead of the latest developments in search and AI and turn these insights into actionable strategies.
What we are looking for
- Solid experience in SEO and previous exposure to B2B client management.
- Completely up to date with the latest Google updates, SEO and GEO, and curious about the newest AI developments in search.
- Experience with WordPress is a must.
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, site speed tools, Screaming Frog, Yoast or Rank Math, WP Rocket, WPML or Polylang, ACF, and basic front-end (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
- Analytical and hands-on, with the drive to support colleagues and thrive in a fast-paced scale-up.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus).
