How we work
From Onboarding to Topical Authority
We don’t only give you the keys, we personally drive you to success. This is what makes us unique: real experts + a world-class SEO WordPress plugin.
Your problem
96% of your published content is N-E-V-E-R being clicked.
Ahrefs Study
This means you waste time and money into something which does not have an impact on your business.
Our solution
With our SEO agent for WordPress, we can A/B test content quickly and efficiently. If version A ranks and drives clicks, we keep optimizing it. If version B underperforms, we prune it, so no effort is wasted. The result: better outcomes, faster, with up to 90% time savings.

Research
Uncovering hidden ranking potential
Every loop has a starting point, and it’s also where we keep returning, with you or on our own. Our mission: to constantly uncover new opportunities for visibility in Google, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.
How we do it:
- Topical Map Generator to create a semantic net for your main topics
- Keyword Explorer to uncover hidden long-tail keyword gems to target
- Competitor Tracking to analyse the SEO strategy of your competitors
Produce
Create content at scale
In AI, input equals output. By building knowledge bases, we turn your AI into an expert in your field. From there, we generate ideas that address your audience’s pain points and create blogs that both help and inspire them.
How we do it:
- Content Idea Generator to create blog titles for various content types
- Outline Generator to finetune the structure of your content pieces
- Knowledge Base to write from an expert point of view
- Article Writer who crafts unique content pieces and places them in draft for review
Publish
Review and schedule content for a year
There will always be a few things we need to review, check and process after the first draft. And because we are in the scaling game, we developed a unique way, where we are able to mass-review content, mass-process feedback and mass-scheduel content, for a whole year, if you want. Or as we say it: A blog post a day, brings new customers your way.
How we do it:
- Content Calendar to mass-review and plan in content via handy drag&drop
- Detailed reviewing via Classic and Gutenberg Editor
Measure
Get first-party performance insights
Stop the guesswork. Optimizing your website for Google and chatbots isn’t done with a finger in the air. We tap into the world’s largest SEO and GEO databases, using that data, combined with AI and human expertise, to optimize your content with precision.
How we do it:
- SEO Audit to unvover and solve technical and OnPage issues
- Dashboard for a birds-eye view on quantity and quality goals
- Google Search Console integration to retreive ranking data
- Content Improvement to analyse and compare monthly search performance
- Brand Visibility Tracker to find where your company is mentioned in LLMs
Optimize
Improve content that ranks well
Over the years, we’ve seen companies and agencies repeat the same costly mistakes: over-optimizing before publishing and failing to monitor afterward. The result? Dead content. Our content, on the other hand, lives and thrives, it’s continuously optimized. Underperformers get removed, performers get improved. No wasted time, just rankings gained.
How we do it:
- Mass-Content-Edit to make global changes to several content pieces
- Content Improver to optimize your content to rank higher and be cited in AI answers
- Automated pruning to prune content and keep your website clean
- Keyword Cannibalization to monitor and solve duplicate content issues

FAQ
About how we work
How soon will I see meaningful results from your process?
You’ll see early signals (indexing, impressions) within 4–8 weeks. Real, compounding gains typically land around 3–6 months as topical authority kicks in. We don’t “hope”, we measure, iterate, and scale what works.
Can I review/approve each blog before it goes live, and how is quality/brand voice guaranteed?
You can, but it’s rarely the best use of your time. Instead, you get:
A content calendar with full visibility of what’s coming.
Drafts in WordPress if you want to spot-check.
Alerts when pieces start ranking, then we invest effort where it pays.
Brand voice is trained via your knowledge base, tone settings, and our editors. We aim for a publishable 7–8/10 at speed, then lift winners to 9–10/10 once data proves they deserve it.
What exactly happens in the “research → produce → publish → measure → optimize” loop, and what do you do differently from a normal agency?
Research: Topical map, long-tail discovery, competitor tracking.
Produce: AI + human outlines, expert knowledge base, draft in WP.
Publish: Mass review, mass scheduling, calendar automation.
Measure: First-party dashboards, GSC integration, GEO/LLM tracking.
Optimize: Improve winners, prune losers, repeat.
Difference: We don’t set-and-forget. We restart the loop continuously and move resources to what ranks, like a growth team, not a brochure factory.
How does your A/B testing and automated pruning work, and is there any SEO risk?
We ship variations, watch rank/click/engagement, then:
Keep & improve the variant that wins.
Prune/redirect the underperformer (301 or 410 where appropriate).
This reduces risk: less thin content, faster crawl, clearer topical signals. It’s gardening—pull weeds, feed the roses.
How many posts per month do you recommend, and is high-volume publishing safe with Google?
We calibrate volume to your domain strength, but 20–40 posts/month is a common, safe range for growth. Google doesn’t punish speed; it punishes spam. Our structure (pillar pages, intent mapping, pruning) keeps the footprint healthy.
What access do you need to my WordPress site, and which builders/integrations are supported?
We need an Admin (or Editor + specific caps) and GSC connection for measurement. Supported builders/tools:
Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder (WPBakery = untested/limited).
ACF supported (no action needed unless you want custom layouts).
GSC integration for ranking data.
Not on WordPress? Then we are not the right solution for you.
Will the plugin slow down my site or interfere with my current setup?
No. It’s lightweight and runs primarily in the backend. Front-end rendering isn’t touched. If your hosting caps uploads (e.g., upload_max_filesize
), we’ll help adjust or provide a manual install.
How do you measure success, and what KPIs will I actually see month to month?
Our dashboard shows impressions, clicks, positions, CTR, and content velocity. We track winners, lift them, and prune the rest. For conversions and UX, you can layer GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity. Net-net: you’ll see what shipped, what ranked, what moved the needle.
Can you optimize our existing content and make us visible in AI Overviews/LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity), not just Google SERPs?
Yes. Content Improvement upgrades titles, structure, and answers against live SERPs. We also add prompt-friendly headings, semantic structure, and citations to improve AI Overview & LLM citation odds. SEO + GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) in one workflow.
What’s included in each plan (credits, languages, support), and what happens to content/redirects if we pause or leave?
Plans include content credits, multi-language at scale (create in one, bulk-translate later), and expert support. If you pause/leave, everything stays in your WordPress. Redirect data from pruning remains in the DB (wp_options → seoaic_options
) so any developer can re-create them in another tool. Your house, your keys.
