SEO Specialist (1) 🇳🇱
Location
This is a hybrid role where 3 days will be based in the Amsterdam office where SEO AI is looking for a SEO Specialist to join our growing team.
Team MissionÂ
The SEO team are responsible for the in-depth onboarding process for our customers, creation of a real content strategy regarding industry best practices, advice on other SEO-related topics relevant to the success of the project, the connection of external tools if required and in-depth reportings on a regular basis.
You will utilise your marketing and SEO skills in combination with our groundbreaking tech to guide our customers to success.

Role Requirements
- Experience and Skills
- 3+ years of SEO experience preferably within an international settingÂ
- Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in monitoring performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
- Experience with technical and on-page audits, including URL structure, broken links, metadata, and heading hierarchies.
- SEO Tools and Techniques
- Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or Semrush.
- Ability to conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify trends and optimise and create content strategies.
- Technical Knowledge
- Basics in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
- Collaboration and Project Management
- Experience in leading teams and managing SEO projects.
- Ability to collaborate with the marketing team to manage SEO AI’s overall strategy.
- Industry Awareness
- Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with industry trends.

This is a typical day of our SEO Specialist (Max):
Mornings:
- Focus time to answer mails from clients, colleagues and reading SEO news
- Evaluating and producing content for one of our customers with our SEO tool
- Check-in with other stakeholders, typically Customer Success Managers and Developers (sharing best practices and communicating small improvements to the software)
- First sales/demo meetings showing our software to interested companies and answering their questions on tech & all things SEO
- Producing and optimising content for our own website
- Answering all SEO and content marketing relevant questions in Slack
Afternoons:
- Preparing strategic on-boarding for one of our new customers + first kick-off call with them, with the goal to get to know each other and make the first steps towards a content strategy
- Content review + reporting meeting with a long-term customer who needs guidance for the next steps in Q3
- Configuring our software for one of our new customers, training the AI, creating Knowledge Bases, Keyword Research with AI and creation of first content ideas to bring with for the second Kick-off call
- Last sales meeting for the day with another interested customer, who brought the in-house marketing team to the meeting
- Sketching and describing a new feature based on customer feedback as a preparation for next days bi-weekly with the dev team
Business Development Representative (1) 🇳🇱
Location
This role will be based in Amsterdam where SEO AI are looking for a business development professional. Who in their daily work will be in charge of prospecting and generating leads for the business whilst utilising the best sales tools and technologies available.Â
You will be responsible for outbound prospecting to engage with potential new clients that would benefit from SEO AIs industry leading products. This will mean researching and identifying prospects to have an introductory phone conversation and a demo of how we can best support them. This relationship will be critical as you will be the first point of contact for the business and important in building a bigger sales pipeline.
Role requirements
- Fluent in Dutch as you will be focusing on the Dutch market. Also English as this is the business language
- Experience in making outbound sales calls and connectionsÂ
- Preferably a HBO degree/above or equivalent
- SaaS B2B sales experience would be preferableÂ
- An interest within Tech and Marketing industries is beneficial
- Positive attitude and approach to a sales based role
- Resilience and the ability to keep moving in a sales space
- To be Eager, proactive and always looking for ways to grow

- Strong understanding of the Benelux market, with a network of potential clients.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Account Executive Sweden (2) 🇸🇪

Customer Success Manager International (1) 🇬🇧
- Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition onto our platform. Understand their business objectives and tailor the onboarding experience to meet their unique needs.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients by maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional support. Serve as the main point of contact for their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Product Training: Provide comprehensive training to clients on how to effectively use SEO AI’s features and tools. Ensure clients are equipped with the knowledge needed to maximize the value of our platform.
- Upselling and Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell additional features or services that align with clients’ evolving needs. Collaborate with the sales team to drive growth and expansion within the existing client base.
- Customer Success Strategy: Develop and execute customer success strategies to ensure high retention rates and client satisfaction. Regularly monitor client health metrics and intervene when necessary to prevent churn.
- Feedback Collection: Gather valuable feedback from clients to contribute to product improvements and enhancements. Advocate for clients’ needs within the company to drive continuous enhancements.
- Renewal and Retention: Work to ensure client renewals by demonstrating the ongoing value of our solution. Proactively address any issues that may impact client satisfaction or retention.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, feedback, and progress in our CRM system. Generate regular reports on customer success metrics.
